Effective January 1, 2008
When you order or activate service PalmCall stores your name, e-mail, address, chosen phone number, device identifiers (IMEI, SIM number), order and payment history (card brand and last four digits only), and a salted hash of your password, PIN and security answer. We never store full card numbers or Social Security numbers. You can permanently delete your account and data any time in My PalmCall > Profile. Demo accounts are deleted automatically after two hours. We use information to provide service and respond to you, and we don’t sell it. My PalmCall uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Federal law protects Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI); call 611 to restrict its use.
