Pinecrest Communications, Inc. today completed its acquisition of PalmCall Wireless, LLC. PalmCall customers will move to the Pinecrest network beginning in early 2008 and gain access to IslandRoam, Pinecrest’s Puerto Rico and Caribbean roaming service. Terms were not disclosed.
